The largest judgment was taken by a couple with an address in Kinnegad, Westmeath. The judgment was for €721,000 and was registered against a Westmeath gentleman with an occupation listed as “Bank Official”.
Another Westmeath Plaintiff registered a judgment against a company and an individual who were held jointly and severally liable for the debt of €292,000. The company and individual were Paul Madden Builders Limited and Ray Morgan of Navan Road, Dunshaughlin, County Meath respectively.
