What our Customers say...
We have been using the StubbsGazette Credit Bureau for the last number of years and we believe that the quality of their credit reports is unmatched by any other agency. It's the combination of the breadth of data sources together with the power of the "Stubbs" brand that gives us full confidence in their assessment of credit risk. Also, the monitoring service that alerts us to changes in ratings is invaluable

Irish Liquidations have been using StubbsGazette Debt Recovery services for several years. We have found them to be extremely professional with excellent collection figures. They utilise market leading collection software which provides us with real time access to all debtor files including daily cash balances and collector notes. StubbsGazette demand letters have become an essential tool in our Debt Recovery process. We started using the letters a few months ago to collect management fees, and the results were terrific with a dramatic improvement to our collection rates. We would highly recommend these letters to other property management companies.
In June 2011 Kilkenny Local Authorities engaged the services of StubbsGazette in an effort to collect outstanding commercial rates. Our reasoning for engaging Stubbs is that their name is universally recognised and the StubbsGazette brand is reputable both nationally and internationally. A key element in our debt collection strategy is the use of the StubbsGazette logo on all initial and follow up correspondence to commercial rate customers of Kilkenny Local Authorities. The aim is to show that we are proactive in collecting any outstanding amounts that may be due to us. We managed to maintain a high level of collections in this income category in 2011 and I am confident that our use of the Stubbs logo was a contributing factor to this strong performance.I would expect that we will continue our contract with Stubbs for the use of their logo when it comes up for renewal.
Adrian Waldron, Administrative Officer, Finance Department, Kilkenny Local Authorities
