Latest Judgments - June 2014
During the last week, Irish commercial and consumer debtors have had court judgments registered against them to the tune of €5.2m
There were 111 Irish debtors in total; 39 commercial and non-corporate judgments registered against businesses, such as limited companies, partnerships and proprietors and a further 72 judgments registered against consumers (private individuals).

The largest commercial judgment was taken by Danske Bank against Aughalion Construction Ltd, R/o Cranadillon, Virginia, County Cavan for €139,082
Danske Bank also obtained the largest consumer judgment for €696,818 which was registered against Denis John O’Connell of Corbally, Cummer, Tuam, County Galway.
Clones Credit Union in Monaghan were awarded the largest Credit Union judgment was jointly and severely (Where two or more persons are liable in respect of the same liability ) against two individuals: Paul and Irene Madden of The Diamond, Clones, County Monaghan for €308,441.
