Bill Cullen, the motor dealer and former Apprentice star, has had a judgment of €8.2m registered against him by Danske Bank. The judgement will appear tomorrow in Stubbs Gazette, the official debt defaulter publication.
Cullen has previously said that he planned to sell property to reduce the judgment sum.
In total this week's edition shows 89 Irish consumers taken to the courts by their creditors for unpaid debts amounting to €9.9m.
The Collector General was the most active plaintiff taking 37 cases with combined debts of €570,000. County councils obtained 29 judgements against Irish firms with debts ranging from €2,000 to €100,000.
